Hi there! I’m Lianne Freeman, and I proudly lead the delivery team here at BGM Healing Tea Co. My journey with this incredible company started as part of the packaging crew, and with lots of dedication, a sprinkle of caffeine, and a passion for making people’s days brighter, I’ve grown into my role as Head of Delivery. It’s been an amazing ride, and I’m so grateful to be part of a company that values growth, teamwork, and (of course) great tea and coffee!

Now, let’s get to the fun stuff: I’m a proud plant mom, but just like our teas, some of my leafy friends require a little extra patience and TLC. My guilty pleasure? Re-watching cheesy rom-coms from the early 2000s (because, let’s face it, they never get old). Oh, and I’ve mastered the art of packing boxes to perfection—it’s basically my superpower at this point.

When I’m not ensuring your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition, you’ll find me jamming out to throwback playlists or experimenting with new latte recipes. Working at BGM Healing Tea Co. has not only given me the chance to grow professionally but also allowed me to work with a team that feels like family. Delivering self-care right to your doorstep?
