Freshness You Can Taste – Our Roast-to-Order Process

At BGM Healing Tea Co., we take pride in delivering the freshest coffee possible. Every order is roasted-to-order and carefully hand-packed to ensure exceptional quality from our roasters to your cup.

Here’s how it works:
☕ Whole Bean Coffee: Roasted and shipped the same day for peak freshness.
☕ Ground Coffee: Roasted, ground, and shipped the next day to lock in flavor.

Since each batch is made fresh just for you, it takes 1–5 business days to prepare your order before it’s ready to ship. Once it’s on its way, shipping times depend on your location and typically take another 1–5 business days via USPS standard ground shipping.

We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your doorstep.
