Welcome! I’m Veronica Beckome, the founder of BGM Healing Tea Co., a passion project that blends my love for self-care and intentional living with a commitment to creating products that truly make a difference. At my core, I’m a mom, a wellness advocate, and someone who believes a great cup of tea (or coffee) can fix just about anything.

BGM Healing Tea Co. was inspired by my family values and the idea that small, meaningful moments can bring big healing. My amazing kids keep me on my toes and remind me daily why self-care is so important—because when we’re at our best, we can give our best to those we love. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and that sense of connection is what I want to share with all of you.

Now for a few fun facts! I might be a wellness enthusiast, but my houseplants tell a different story (they’re hanging on, barely). And while I can’t bake to save my life, my kids think my “extra crispy” cookies are a delicacy (they have no idea!). Whether I’m laughing through life’s chaos, binge-watching sitcoms, or crafting new blends, I always aim to approach life with humor, love, and purpose.
